The genre of music which is followed worldwide, apart from the classical one is the “rock”. The rock genre also finds its fans in the contemporary musicians as well as classical ones. The Sufi song saints or the masters of Sufi royal preaching are also deep followers of certain type of rock style. There are innumerable composers of rock songs. But the major rock styles were made famous by formation of groups, which later became famous as bands, in the early and late 60’s era in the American high society. This fraction took a great turn with the invention distortion based electric guitars, which gave rise to a new type of euphony, which was hard as rock on the ears and later came to be known as rock singing.
 
Rock songs are of two types generally. There were musicians who made rock seem like a melody when it used to fall on the ears of audience and gained popularity within the earlier musicians, as it was nearer to the concept which signified peace and concentration attained by tones and notes. Such a tone was called soft rock, and is still finding a huge fan following due to the solitude and peace to ardent fans. The other type of genre was the usual type of rock sound, which sounded as hard as metal and rocks falling on the ear buds. It is famously known as hard core rock.
 
The love for rock genre is going to stay forever and as the number of performers or band increases it will be just a delight for the fans, who love it from the bottom of their hearts. The basic members in production of any type of rock style still require an electric guitar, a pair of drums, or bass as they say, and a keyboard enthusiast to give the typical feeling of pounding symphony, known as resonance.

I remember as a child my father always uses to tell me about being punctual in my work. He used to tell me that I should always be punctual to school and do all my homework on time. Though it used to irritate me at times but now I realize its true importance. I love being punctual. Punctuality is necessary in all the aspects of our life whether personal or professional. I can expect my sub ordinates to be punctual only if I am punctual at my work place. If I start asking them to be punctual without me being punctual then there will be no impact on what I say to them about punctuality. People tend to make unrealistic excuses every time they are late. I deal with their excuses very sternly as I know it is their made up stories, I believe people thing that being late makes them a special person. However, this is not true as people start losing their credibility and reliability if they are late often.

My stand on punctuality is that by being punctual you show respect to others who might be waiting for you otherwise. In fact, by being punctual I respect myself more for keeping my word. I believe that being on time saves you from the guilt of being late and also creates a reputation. A punctual person is always admired as a true professional.

Punctuality is a habit. Similarly not being punctual is also a bad habit which needs to be addressed as soon as possible to save one from embarrassment. So, back yourself up and make every effort to be on time.
